The Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) and Lowe’s have partnered to provide grants to small businesses in 15 cities across the nation, including Phoenix. Grants range from $5,000 to $20,000. The funds may be used for rent, utilities, payroll, debt and operational costs.

- Small businesses
- Physical location in Phoenix, Arizona
- Certify promoting best interests of the community
- Certify negatively impacted by the pandemic
